I just recently returned to blogging. If you have noticed in my header I inserted a dock which looks familiar to what MAC is using or rocket dock/object dock for windows. Well this dock represents hyperlinks in my blog, some icons doesn’t have links yet though still working on it since I’m very busy with my project in C# and DBMS. Well this dock is made possible because of JQuery, JQuery is a javascript file pact with javascript functions that makes amazing features for your webpage. Even wordpress is using JQuery. You can download and learn JQuery here. Nothing much for an blog update. But the docks looks pretty good.

I just upgraded my wordpress from 2.6.1 to 2.6.2. I think Wordpress just released this version so I’m pretty much up to date. You can upgrade your wordpress to for free just go to this link and download the latest wordpress. You can either follow the new installation guide or follow the upgrade guide. Have fun!

After 3 days of trying to recode my old blog. I finally gave up and decided to just use wordpress. So I coded some stuff to help me transfer and convert my old database to fit the database wordpress is using. After a few hours of coding I was able to finish my task. Now wordpress can now read my old data.

So currently I’m using Wordpress 2.6.1 the latest at the moment. Everything is fine I guess i transfered everything smoothly. Good thing I found a great function to match the permalink wordpress is using. So I will be using wordpress from now and would just build my own add-ons to enhanced my blog.

Well with God, all things are possible so I was able to do this at ease. Hello Wordpress! Goodbye headaches! ^_^

Google Page Rank has just updated! Well I was hoping I would get a PR2 for this blog but instead I got a PR0 from N/A. Well I guess thats a start. But I did get some good page ranks with my other Blogs!

Oh I forgot to update my blog since I got very bust with something. Last April 12, 2008 my blog just reached a month old. Well its really nothing big I just want to blog about it. Anyways I decided to test my blog for its reading level again and guess what? ITS STILL THE SAME!!

Well I decided to change everything in my website especially the links. So from now on every page loads from the index.php but all you can see is the ?action=blahblahblah… Im using the get method to transfer variables using the web address. There still might be lots of bugs do inform me if you found any. Thanks for visiting my page once again!

Well I recently added a new feature to my blog. Did you see the difference? I added a random image on the left side bar of my blog. I can upload image via the admin page. You could also leave your comment on the photo. Try it out!

Did you notice the RSS logo on my address bar? Well that logo symbolized that I`m using an RSS Feed in my site. Whether its valid or not the logo appears on the address bar. But I`m using a valid RSS Feed you can check it out here. See? Well you might be wondering on how to put the RSS logo on your address bar. You simply put this code between your head tags.

So I was able to change the theme of my blog. I am totally happy with this new theme compare to the old one. With this new theme it really gave me a boost to continue my work to this blog.

I`m still gonna do some editing to this. Add some more links into it. My custom blog now really looks like a wordpress/blogsome type of blog. Yey!^____^

Well I did some minor updates today. Ive created the comments & testimonial page on the admin side with AJAX, the comments and testimonial page can both be use to monitor, edit & delete comments/testimonials. The AJAX feature is Kinda similar to a wordpress blog except for the effects ofcourse. Next i have enabled AJAX also in my search bar which can be found on header of my page. But you still can search yet the page is not yet finish. But will fix that page in a while so viewers can use the search function already. Well thats most of the stuff i have coded for today.
